Some flexible spending accounts cover health and wellness subscriptions — we recommend checking with your benefits administrator. We provide detailed receipts suitable for reimbursement submissions.

Your data is always yours. If you downgrade from Premium to Standard, your diagnostic analyses and treatment protocols remain accessible in read-only mode — you just can't generate new ones. If you downgrade to Free, your medical memory and tracking data are preserved for 90 days in case you resubscribe. You can always export all your data as JSON before making any changes.
